Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions and results arising from participation in the Program.

Upon successful payment, participants receive a non-transferable license to access the Program materials.
Access is granted solely for personal use unless a corporate license has been purchased.
Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
All content including videos, presentations, worksheets, assessments, methodologies, text, graphics and downloadable materials remains the intellectual property of Beat the Burnout.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or share Program content without written permission.
All fees are stated during the checkout process.
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, purchases are non-refundable after access to the Program has been granted.
Any money-back guarantee offered on specific promotions shall be subject to the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

For company purchases, the number of participant licenses purchased determines the maximum number of employees authorized to access the Program.
